HOURS OF OPERATION
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm EST.
Please allow up to 48 hours from order date for processing and shipping. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We carry all of our inventory in-house and ship from Dallas, TX. Please allow up to 72 hours from order date for processing. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
However, if you need something shipped out the same day, order by 12pm EST and send us a note!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not in love with your purchase (wait, what?), we get it. Please contact within 7 days of receipt, so we can coordinate return.
- Items must be unworn with original packaging.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer for undamaged orders.
We inspect our jewelry and accessories before packaging to ensure that you do not receive any damaged, discolored, or defective items. However, if your package has been damaged in transit, please email us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com so we can properly address.
