HOURS OF OPERATION
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm EST.
Please allow up to 48 hours from order date for processing and shipping. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
** As of March 2020, ALL RETURNS have been halted due to COVID-19. **
Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing your order during this time.
We do not dropship and personally inspect our jewelry and accessories before packaging to ensure that you do not receive any damaged items. However, if your package has been damaged in transit, please email us within three days of receipt at email@example.com so we can properly address.
