HOURS OF OPERATION
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 10am to 4pm CT
We carry all of our inventory in-house and ship from Dallas, TX. Please allow 24-48 hours from order date for processing. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
However, if you need something shipped out the same day, order by 12pm CT and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! We will try our best to accommodate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not in love with your purchase (wait, what?), we get it. Please contact within 7 days of receipt, so we can coordinate return.
- Items must be unworn with original packaging.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer for undamaged orders.
We inspect our jewelry and accessories before packaging to ensure that you do not receive any damaged, discolored, or defective items. However, if your items arrive damaged, please email us a photo within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com so we can properly address.
